About the Role

This role involves the overall organizational and economic management of medical practices, ensuring smooth operations from appointment management to patient service, and optimizing processes. You will be the central point of contact between management and practice teams, responsible for onboarding new locations, training teams, and ensuring quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the organizational and economic management of the practices
• Ensuring smooth practice operations from appointment management to patient service, as well as optimizing practice processes
• Management and optimization of business processes, controlling, and reporting
• Collaboration with doctors, team leads, and external partners
• Central point of contact between management and practice teams
• Operational onboarding and setup of newly opened locations
• Training and supporting the team in implementing new processes or software
• Quality assurance and compliance with legal requirements in practice operations
• Contact person for employees and external service providers
• Close collaboration with the recruiting team to fill open positions in the practices

Requirements

• Completed training in a medical field (e.g., MFA) with additional commercial qualifications or a degree in health management or business administration
• Very good understanding of business contexts
• Professional experience in managing multiple practice locations
• Strong organizational skills and an independent way of working
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
• Proficient use of practice software and billing systems (EBM, GOÄ)
