About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team. You will help drive data-driven decisions to support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in Europe & UK regions, contributing to our mission of Money Without Borders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features.
  • Identify and action opportunities to enhance team KPIs.
  • Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
  • Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches.
  • Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.
  • Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights.
  • Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
  • Make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders.
  • Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts.
  • Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilized by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry.
  • Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools.
  • Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts).
  • Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance.
  • Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
  • Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
  • Experience in the Fintech domain.
  • Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT.
  • Experience with user-facing products and data.
