About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support for a broad range of in-house legal functions, including commercial and real estate agreements, regulatory matters, and employment litigations. The role plays a critical part in supporting these functions and serves as a key liaison between the Legal team and business stakeholders to ensure the Company operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the Legal team across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters, through document gathering, reviewing legal documents, and litigation support
• Maintain the Legal team’s case trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production
• Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints and assist with small claims matters, including attending hearings remotely
• Handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence and document editing
• Review and action on services of process
• Support other various legal tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Four+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds and investigations
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently
• In-house legal experience
• Exposure to multiple areas of law
