About the Role
Omnicom Media is seeking an Executive Director, Addressable Investment Lead, EMEA Hub to lead the evolution of their shared service model across EMEA. This leadership role is central to their transformation agenda, responsible for building and operating a best-in-class hub for addressable activation across multiple markets and international clients. The role drives operational excellence, standardization, quality assurance, workflow innovation, and scalable delivery, while shaping the future of addressable media investment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EMEA Hub service model for addressable media activation across multiple markets.
- Develop scalable workflows, processes, service standards, and operating frameworks.
- Drive excellence across campaign delivery, QA, governance, reporting, and operational performance.
- Partner with market and regional leaders to determine the most effective delivery model across hub, local, and offshore teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide visibility and insights that help shape future operating models, service enhancements, and growth opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and delivery teams across the region.
Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within digital media, addressable investment, activation, or programmatic environments.
- Proven success leading shared services, operational teams, or multi-market delivery functions.
- Deep understanding of ad tech, platform operations, governance, and addressable media ecosystems.
- Experience creating and implementing scalable operating models and quality frameworks.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance operational excellence with business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple EMEA markets within complex, matrixed organisations.
