About the Role
The Net Zero Carbon (NZC) Fundraising Administrator will support the NZC Fundraising team and manage grants for parishes and dioceses. This role provides administrative support for the Give to Go Green grant, Regional Fundraising Officer, Accelerator Fund, and Community Energy Pilot grants. The postholder will be the primary contact for applicants and grantees, offering administrative and customer service support for fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support the effective running of the NZC Fundraising team.
- Ensure excellent delivery of the varied portfolio of grants.
- Provide administration for the Give to Go Green matched funding grant.
- Provide administration for the Regional Fundraising Officer, Accelerator Fund and Community Energy Pilot grants.
- Act as the first point of contact for applicants and grantees.
- Provide excellent administrative support for grant making.
- Offer personalized customer service for successful Give to Go Green parishes.
- Support the wider NZC Fundraising team across events, training and resources.
- Report to the Head of Net Zero Carbon Fundraising.
- Maintain strong communication with the Give to Go Green Project Manager and other team members.
- Develop, support, and maintain robust administrative and operations processes.
Requirements
- Fixed-term role until 31 December 2028, subject to funding.
- Internal interviews will be held on 7th September.
- External interview date is TBC.
