About the Role

Responsible for managing all Front of House functions, including Doorman, Bellman, Bell Captain, Concierge Agent, Guest Relations Agent, Front Desk Agent, Matrix Coordinator, Club Concierge, Club Attendants, and Learning Coaches, in accordance with hotel standards. This role directs and maintains a service and management philosophy to guide staff, acknowledges all guests, and ensures departments are aware of guest needs prior to arrival for a unique and personal stay.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals.
  • Expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the property.
  • Communicate any variations to the established norms to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Strive to improve service performance.
  • Emphasize guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Intervene in any guest/employee situation as needed to ensure the integrity of the property, guest satisfaction, and employee well-being.
  • Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
