About the Role
As a Service Driver in Field Service (Minijob), you will be responsible for serving fixed markets in the Bernau bei Berlin and Eberswalde areas. This role involves regular visits to customer branches to maintain product presentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve fixed markets: Independently manage and regularly visit several fixed customer branches within your designated area, typically once a week.
- Shelf maintenance with attention to detail: Ensure card shelves and displays are always tidy, well-maintained, and attractively presented, restocking missing items and arranging the assortment according to the season.
- Independent tour planning: Plan and organize visits to your assigned markets independently within the given framework.
- Customer service: Act as a friendly point of contact for local employees and maintain a pleasant working relationship with customers. Sales activities are not part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Driver's license and own vehicle: A Class B driver's license and a personal car are required for travel between markets.
- Structure and teamwork: Ability to work independently, structure and organize tasks, and contribute effectively within a team.
- Language proficiency: Fluent German language skills are essential for communication with customer branches.
- Physical resilience: Ability to perform tasks such as stocking shelves, which may involve bending and reaching, and occasionally setting up rotating displays or stands.
