About the Role
Drive innovation and deployment of Lam Semiverse Solutions for semiconductor process integration in the industry. Demonstrate the impact of Lam's Semiverse Solutions products to drive faster and cheaper learning cycles in technology development and manufacturing ramp-up. Collaborate with a global team to develop applications and use case demonstrations relevant to the Virtual Twinning of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define, plan and execute customer engagement campaigns for Semiverse Solutions products to demonstrate and quantify their value.
- Develop a collaborative engagement environment with customers through regular on-site presence and a customer-focused mindset.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to set aggressive sales goals, align technical and commercial campaigns, and meet business commitments.
- Work with the Application team to receive training on critical customer challenges and obtain demonstration materials for customer meetings.
- Form strong partnerships with the Semiverse Solutions Product Group and local Account/Sales teams to drive product strategy to business successes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in semiconductor technology.
- Excellent understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle from development to high volume manufacturing.
- Appetite for innovation and willingness to challenge best known practices.
- Fast learner and strong executor.
- Excellent communication skills with strong influencing skills.
- Demonstrated Technical Leadership.
- Proven experience in people management, development and mentorship, with demonstrated experience in building teams preferred.
- Former experience as process integration or yield engineer in advanced logic/memory technology preferred.
- Strong technical interest in digital/virtual twin solutions for the semiconductor industry.
