About the Role
As a Showroom Advisor, you will focus on the customer, asking questions and exploring possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options. You will use software to produce inspirational designs, coordinate multiple projects, and support customers virtually and face-to-face, guiding them from initial ideas to project completion.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.00 per hour
- £26,945 FTE
- Individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter
- Additional team incentives
- £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues
