About the Role

As a compute markets associate, you will develop and strengthen client and supplier relationships through business development, partnership negotiations, and market insight communication. Success depends on deep market intelligence and building credibility in the rapidly evolving compute infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and qualify GPU compute suppliers and independent data center operations in Europe and beyond.
  • Own the Supplier Outreach pipeline and maintain a real-time view of European pricing and availability.
  • Support the compute sales process end-to-end, from customer onboarding to deal closure.
  • Source and onboard AI startups and labs requiring compute access.
  • Qualify incoming demand requests and prepare compute offers.
  • Develop playbooks and define processes using AI to build a scalable commercial strategy.
  • Manage Supply Pool, Supplier Outreach, and Infrastructure pipelines daily.
  • Feed clean CRM data into monthly investor reporting.
  • Automate capacity block pricing and offer generation to customers, reducing cycle time from hours to minutes.
  • Attend conferences, meet customers and suppliers, and network at industry events to become a leader in European AI infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Go-To-Market, business development, or sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close commercial relationships, preferably in the tech industry.
  • High sense of urgency and an operator mentality.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Confident building with AI tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Available from September 2026.
