About the Role
This ten-week internship offers the opportunity to tackle a real business problem, develop a strategic recommendation supported by analytical insight, and present it to senior leadership. The program provides key technical skills training and support throughout, with a dedicated peer buddy, mentor, and manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic recommendation supported by analytical insight.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Find innovative ways to attract new customers and ensure products meet their needs.
- Redesign elements of card pricing approach to maximize value.
- Create strategies to support customers in managing finances, building credit, or protecting from fraud.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a STEM or Economics degree.
- Have a Maths A Level (or equivalent).
- Possess excellent quantitative skills.
- Ability to solve complex business problems with a data-driven approach.
- Clear and effective written & verbal communication.
- Motivated to drive business change.
- Curiosity to learn and take ownership of work and development.
- Penultimate year students, graduating in 2028.
- Ability to work unrestricted for the duration of the internship (for student visa holders).
