About the Role

PayPay Card Corporation was established in 2021 to provide convenient fintech services by integrating with the PayPay payment platform, which has surpassed 70 million users. We leverage the latest technologies, including AI, to rapidly develop services and achieve business growth. We are seeking passionate professionals to help us promote the adoption of cashless payments and financial life platforms in Japan, creating new value for our users.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and revise various HR systems, including evaluation, recognition, and re-employment systems.
• Identify and improve operational issues in the evaluation system, revise related regulations, and manage labor aspects.
• Manage the entire process of introducing new systems, including explanations and communication to employees.
• Formulate and manage personnel cost budgets and conduct budget vs. actual analysis.
• Visualize HR data using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Plan data-driven HR initiatives.
• Enhance HR operations and planning using AI and new technologies.
• Consider and promote the introduction of group-wide common HR systems.
• Process and analyze data using Python and similar tools (experience dependent).

Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience or planning experience in HR systems, HR planning, or labor relations.
• Experience in coordination and explanation with diverse stakeholders (employees, labor representatives, relevant departments).
