About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will lead a supportive and passionate team to create a unique outdoor learning environment, providing children with the opportunity to thrive. You will inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather, working closely with Camp Leads and the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of care and educational experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support our Educators to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
- Ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and document children’s progress, guiding Educators to tailor their approach to individual needs.
- Support the nursery to deliver high quality termly reports.
- Champion our unique outdoor curriculum supporting Educators with delivery and impact.
- Work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.
- Support with the training and onboarding of new Educators.
- Create training content for the wider team to improve practice.
- Build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
