About the Role

This role involves managing sales, supply and demand, production and supply plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as GOGM, WOI, and BBBI for EPPG.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, supply and demand, production and supply plans, and KPIs like GOGM, WOI, and BBBI for EPPG.
• Monitor sales and BBBI trends and propose improvements.
• Analyze and track Demand Commit (DC), Billing Forecast (BF), and GOD/GOR.
• Promote demand alignment with sales and SCM departments.
• Formulate wafer input plans.
• Manage foundry inventory and supply status with TSMC, Samsung, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Product Marketing, production sites, and Outs Sources (including overseas locations).
• Create and analyze Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
• Analyze GM assumptions (profit management).
• Monitor KPIs such as DOI/WOI, GO/SO, and inventory turnover rates.
• Manage write-offs and slow-moving inventory.
• Manage and report on sales, profit, and inventory forecasts vs. actuals.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Manage and ship samples (GSP/e-Commerce).
• Manage supply risks for new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze issues using data and make logical decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, P-BI, and data aggregation/analysis.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with multiple departments.
• Ownership mentality with the ability to identify and proactively address issues.
• English communication skills for emails and meetings (collaboration with overseas locations).
