About the Role

As an Educator at our nursery, you will work with a supportive and passionate team to create a unique outdoor learning environment, providing children with the opportunity to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate outdoor play and learning in all weather.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore.
• Respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe and document children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a supportive and positive team culture.
• Build strong parent partnerships.
