About the Role
We are seeking a Security Officer (m/f/d) for our technology park in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You will have a varied role with responsibility, direct guest contact, and diverse tasks related to security and order.
Responsibilities
- Friendly reception and support of guests and visitors
- External representation of the client
- Monitoring of pedestrian traffic entering and leaving the premises
- Operation and monitoring of the barrier system
- Control of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- Receipt and management of incoming mail
- Management of key handover and return
- Carrying out order services
- Processing and forwarding of alarm notifications from fire and hazard alarm systems
- Operation and monitoring of video and recording systems
- Regular control and patrol rounds in buildings and outdoor areas
Requirements
- Security certification according to §34a GewO
- Well-groomed and stylish appearance in a suit
- Friendly and service-oriented
- Confident and assertive demeanor
- Willingness to work shifts is required
- Experience in the security sector is an advantage, but not mandatory
