About the Role

As a Junior Design Manager, you will support the transition of creative concepts through technical development into sustainable, global retail campaigns. This role is initially limited to one year.

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation of pop-ups and window campaigns in close interdisciplinary exchange with prototyping, production, and client contacts.
• Material selection and creation of technical drawings and production documents while adhering to budget and time plans.
• Support the team with installations and setups.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interior Design, or a similar field, ideally with a focus on prototyping, execution planning, and production.
• Professional experience in 3D design.
• Passion for design, innovation, and technological trends.
• Structured, hands-on work approach.
• Confident communication skills in German and English.
• Independent and responsible with a high demand for detail.
• Interest in craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
