About the Role

TechBiz Global is providing recruitment services to its top clients. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our clients' teams in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the Claims area and drive product success from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through to payout.
• Shape the automation of the claims process, including rule-based and AI-supported claims assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient workflows.
• Drive structured discovery processes and write precise requirements for Engineering & QA to ensure quick and high-quality releases.
• Integrate AI into daily work for enhanced performance, utilizing structured prompts for prototyping, automated pipelines for user feedback, and data-driven specifications.
• Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and customers, measuring feature success based on data and user feedback.
• Design seamless collaboration throughout the claims process for all stakeholders, including status communication, task management, and dynamic document templates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS, InsurTech, or FinTech environment.
• Experience with claims processes or insurance core systems is a strong plus.
• Strong operational drive and a clear focus on outcomes, taking ownership and driving initiatives to successful implementation.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, showing how AI has improved work speed or quality (e.g., reusable prompts, AI-supported data analysis, automated workflows).
• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks and requirements engineering.
• Confident use of common PM tools such as Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Business-fluent German and English (C1).
