Responsibilities

  • Own product work related to identity and access, data retention, log centralization, audit, and test coverage.
  • Design and implement a usable permissions model for agents, ensuring security and accountability.
  • Define and prioritize efficiency metrics, including time saved, cost reduced, and risk removed.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders across various departments, structuring demands and arbitrating.
  • Map what teams do today in internal tools, what it costs them, and what they need next.
  • Decide what gets built and ship it across several internal scopes.
  • Shape security, compliance, and reliability requirements into adoptable solutions.
  • Structure stakeholder demands and arbitrate between them.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

  • Comfortable building for internal users, prioritizing efficiency, robustness, and adoption.
  • Daily use of AI tools and understanding of agent capabilities and limitations.
  • Curiosity and hands-on approach with infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder leadership, alignment, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven, impact-oriented, and focused on solving operational problems.
  • Clear, structured communication skills, translating complex technical topics into business impact.
  • Ownership-driven, resilient, and motivated by solving high-impact, unglamorous problems.
