About the Role

Elli, a brand of Volkswagen Group, is developing Energy and Charging Solutions for Business and Retail customers in Europe. Responsibilities

Support strategic and operational HR projects at the highest management level.
Contribute to topics related to organizational development, HR strategy, and internal communications.
Support the CHRO Office with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up, including documentation.
Support the preparation and development of presentations.
Analyze and prepare HR metrics and data.
Collaborate closely with HR leadership.
Gain valuable insights into strategic HR decision-making and the implementation of HR strategies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong passion for HR topics and strategic thinking.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and quality-focused manner.
Strong eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with data analysis tools or HR systems such as Personio or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Proactive and independent mindset.
Eager to learn and take initiative.
Excellent English communication skills.
German language skills are a plus.
Available for an internship of at least 6 months or as a working student (12–20 hours per week).
