Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain our learning management system and manage participant registration.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and certificates of attendance.
- Support the creation of evaluations and reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth information flow.
- Contribute to sub-projects, such as the implementation of a new learning management system or new training formats.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable field of study.
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Enthusiasm for supporting the development of internal customers within the HR department.
- Independent and motivated work style.
- Proficiency with PCs and standard MS Office applications.
- Desire to learn about the tasks of an HR department and contribute own ideas.
