About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will actively shape modern HR practices and serve as a strategic partner for our business units and locations. You will empower leaders, drive organizational development, and manage employee relations professionally, with a focus on collaboration with employee representatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide independent and solution-oriented support to leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Shape and continuously develop a high-performing HR organization across multiple locations.
- Engage in constructive collaboration and negotiations with local works councils.
- Manage and implement change and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead and actively participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
- Utilize HR Analytics and KPIs for data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Travel regularly (up to 30%) to our locations in the DACH region.
Requirements
- Completed university degree and several years of HR experience in an international corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with works councils, including negotiation skills and proficient application of co-determination processes.
- Confident demeanor and proven consulting skills across various hierarchical levels, up to Senior Management.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- Expertise in change management, project leadership, and modern, progressive HR practices.
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset and confident handling of labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law issues.
