Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering ACCA's global employer partnership and sector strategies.
- Building and managing strategic relationships with employers, including Executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Creating compelling value propositions that drive mutual growth and long-term partnerships.
- Shaping digital-first member community approaches that enhance engagement, advocacy and insight.
- Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and challenges affecting employers, sectors and members.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration to embed partnership and member initiatives across the business.
- Managing risks, driving delivery and reporting on outcomes and impact.
- Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategic partnership and stakeholder management within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of accountancy, professional education or a related sector.
- Proven success building senior-level relationships up to Board and Executive level.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, networking and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- A proactive, results-focused approach with the ability to deliver through collaboration and influence.
