About the Role
Richemont is seeking an experienced IT Professional to support the Richemont Team in Oceania, providing IT support, training, and assisting with IT project roll-outs. This role is ideal for a proven IT Service Officer with a passion for luxury retail.
Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain strong customer focus and support services.
- Provide local and remote staff with support for end-user devices and business applications.
- Work with IT vendors for maintenance and technical service.
- Review opportunities to apply new technologies or other solutions to address operational and business service challenges.
- Manage hardware and software inventory and hardware refreshment.
- Procure, configure, and install equipment including computer hardware, peripherals, software, mobile devices, and software.
- Formulate and/or maintain IT operational reports, procedures, and policies.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through regular review of service levels and continual service improvement.
- Enforce Company IT policy.
- Assist Project Managers in local, regional, and group projects.
- Coordinate activities and tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Liaise and manage external vendors on office and boutique projects.
- Prepare and update necessary project documentation.
- Provide infrastructure and application training to users to drive user adoption.
- Perform troubleshooting on email, PC, printer, server, and network issues.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Helpdesk support, including troubleshooting PC, mobile device, email, and application issues.
- Experience in IT infrastructure support, including server, network, and security.
- Experience working in a Windows Environment with Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FTP, and Proxy.
- Occasional travel domestically to support boutiques is required.
- Occasional after-hours project work with time off in lieu is required.
