About the Role

The hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities, and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at all times.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient preparation, portioning and plating.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in line with food safety and health & safety standards.
- Working closely with senior chefs to learn new skills and develop culinary knowledge in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment would be advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for food and willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Good understanding of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK.
