About the Role

This role focuses on strategic business planning, performance management, and dashboard development to drive sustainable business growth and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term business plans to support sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, priorities, and execution plans.
• Monitor key business performance indicators, track progress against targets, and recommend actions to improve business results.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and business performance data to support management decision-making.
• Plan, develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards.
• Track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify performance gaps and business risks.
• Drive improvement initiatives by leveraging dashboard insights to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of dashboards and analytics tools across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify issues and make logical, data-driven decisions.
• Ability to identify business issues and propose improvements through KPI visualization and reporting.
• Communication/Coordination skills across multiple functions and global teams.
• Business-level English communication skills, including email/meetings with overseas stakeholders.

Skills

• Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Power BI, MDP, SAP, or similar business intelligence and enterprise systems.
• Experience development/maintain business dashboards.
• Experience in KPI tracking and business management, including Funnel, DIN/DWIN, and Forecast analysis.
