About the Role
As a Junior Manager Finance & Accounting, you will support the Accounting team with all ongoing accounting tasks and gain valuable insights into the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
- Support financial accounting within the entire corporate group (partnerships and corporations).
- Assist with payment transactions and bank account management.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with other departments and assist in clarifying queries.
- Maintain and digitize receipts and accounting documents.
- Receive ongoing mentoring from experienced Senior Accountants.
Requirements
- First experience in accounting, e.g., internships, working student positions, or up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Initial knowledge of DATEV or comparable accounting software is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Careful and structured way of working with a high affinity for numbers.
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and hands-on mentality.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
