About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for recent university graduates to join our Associate cohort, offering direct exposure to Private Equity investors and industry-leading executives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Associates are trusted with real responsibility from day one, with promotion based on merit, not tenure.

Responsibilities

• Delivering game-changing Senior Advisors to Private Equity clients.
• Researching and understanding industry ecosystems to identify key companies and executives relevant to a deal.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and securing experienced C-level executives and thought leaders as advisors.
• Presenting research findings to PE clients and recommending relevant advisors.

Salary/Compensations

• Base salary of $77,500
• First full-year OTE $100,000–$110,000
