About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term Senior HR Manager opportunity within the Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) Talent team. As the Talent Lead for the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio, you will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, influence organizational decisions, and drive talent initiatives that enable business growth and performance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders across Strategy, Risk & Transactions to shape talent strategy, lead complex people priorities, and influence the employee experience at a portfolio level.
- Act as the trusted Talent Lead across the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio, partnering with Portfolio and Offering Leaders to shape and deliver talent strategies.
- Provide strategic advice on workforce planning, organizational design, succession and leadership pipeline planning, employee relations, and performance management.
- Utilize workforce data and people insights to identify emerging trends and risks, challenge conventional thinking, and influence strategic decisions.
- Navigate complex people matters, balancing commercial realities with people outcomes.
- Equip leaders to confidently manage change, performance, and talent decisions.
- Anticipate talent implications and build workforce capabilities needed to deliver on business priorities.
- Provide leadership and coaching within the SR&T Talent team, including coaching and developing a Senior HR Consultant.
- Contribute to the capability of the broader SR&T Talent team.
Requirements
- Strong HR business partnering experience, with the ability to think strategically and turn ideas into practical outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior executive stakeholders on complex people and organizational matters.
- Strong capability in employee relations, performance management, and navigating complex people matters.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing talent professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- A commercial mindset, balancing people outcomes with business objectives.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to positively challenge and influence.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce transformation, or business growth initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
