About the Role
Support senior leaders across PetCare and Infant Nutrition businesses by managing complex schedules, travel, meetings, communications, and daily business activities to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating priorities and ensuring smooth arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business communications.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, conferences, and team events.
- Build strong business relationships and serve as a key point of contact.
- Support day-to-day administration, including expenses, procurement, and operational processes.
- Leverage new technologies, including AI and automation tools, to streamline processes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach, strong judgment, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using modern workplace technologies.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, for efficiency.
