About the Role

Support senior leaders across PetCare and Infant Nutrition businesses by managing complex schedules, travel, meetings, communications, and daily business activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules, coordinating priorities and ensuring smooth arrangements.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and business communications.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, conferences, and team events.
  • Build strong business relationships and serve as a key point of contact.
  • Support day-to-day administration, including expenses, procurement, and operational processes.
  • Leverage new technologies, including AI and automation tools, to streamline processes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach, strong judgment, and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using modern workplace technologies.
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, for efficiency.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
