About the Role

Be the organizational powerhouse behind the Medical Imaging department, coordinating rosters, payroll, and entitlements for Staff Specialists and Registrars. Provide trusted advice and support on pay-related queries, manage busy calendars, correspondence, meetings, and patient appointments to ensure the department runs smoothly. Coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare agendas and materials, attend meetings, and capture accurate minutes. Support recruitment campaigns and contribute to attracting and onboarding great people. Prepare activity reports for leadership, assist with RANZCR accreditation requirements, and provide broad administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Trusted and discreet, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Adept with technology and digitally confident, with strong Microsoft Office skills across Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australia visa that grants the work rights necessary for the role.
