New Balance is seeking a Retail Associate to join their team in Wustermark, contributing to their mission of moving the world through expertise in footwear and apparel.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal customer service
- Active customer support with individual, competent, and friendly advice
- Ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range
- Visual merchandising with sales-promoting product presentation
- Processing all checkout transactions
- Receiving and handling complaints
- Participating in in-store promotions and marketing activities
- Goods receipt, control, and processing
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of inventories
Requirements
- Team player
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience, ideally in retail/customer service
- High affinity for sports and fashion
