About the Role
The Night Lead oversees overnight lodge operations, ensuring guest safety, security, and comfort. This role responds to emergencies, conducts security checks, manages nightly reporting, and resets the lodge for the next day.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and address guest needs during overnight hours
- Conduct security patrols and enforce safety protocols
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with staff or emergency responders
- Complete nightly reports, reconcile check-in data, and manage room inventory
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and readiness
- Launder linens and reset common areas for the next day
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel, hospitality, healthcare or a related field
- Knowledge of overnight operations, guest services, and night auditing procedures
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Candidates must be available to work both overnight shifts consistently
Skills
- Knowledge of security and emergency response procedures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite
