About the Role
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources
- Coordinate transportation & EMPOWER Program services and schedules
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies
- Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records
- Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
