About the Role
As a Release Train Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in helping engineering teams deliver great outcomes in a predictable, transparent, and efficient way. You will coordinate planning across multiple squads, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and provide clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and upcoming milestones. You will create the conditions for teams to do their best work and deliver high-quality, production-ready outcomes. Working closely with senior technology leaders, you will help balance competing priorities, support delivery forecasting, manage capacity, and guide decision-making when trade-offs are required. You will also champion continuous improvement, helping teams strengthen collaboration, improve delivery flow, and achieve sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of commodity derivatives, financial markets, or trading environments.
- Ability to translate business priorities into delivery outcomes.
- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs.
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align work to strategic objectives.
- Proven ability to coordinate delivery across multiple technology teams, squads, or workstreams.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Confidence to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience using delivery metrics, data, and insights to support forecasting, planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
