About the Role
The Solution Architect (Consulting) leads the overall business value and delivers an IFS solution fit for the customer. This role is key to gaining buy-in from both the Customer and IFS teams. The Solution Architect enjoys creating and communicating practical solutions that form the basis for successful implementations and transformations, leading to highly referenceable customers.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge and experience in complex, multi-phase projects.
- Lead the delivery of the IFS solution and maintain clear communication on all aspects of the solution with the customer project and management team.
- Work closely with the IFS Project Manager to minimize risks from complex requirements.
- Coordinate and delegate work within the delivery team.
- Work with partners and system integrators to ensure a consistent IFS experience.
- Advise on the successful application of IFS Accelerators.
- Focus on ensuring delivery of value to the customer.
- Be involved in the successful delivery of additional consulting services: Select, Success, Safeguarding.
- Be familiar with available IFS Accelerators and their application to customer projects.
- Articulate product direction and its potential value to customers.
Requirements
- University degree, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Experience in global transformation projects.
- In-depth industry knowledge in Aerospace.
- Experience in global implementations across multiple industries.
- Proven track record in delivering Customer Value Realization.
- Advanced level of communication skills.
