About the Role
We are seeking an analytically strong Finance Analyst / Controller (m/f/d) with an interest in hospitality, real estate, and corporate management to join our Controlling team. You will gain direct insights into a growing hospitality company, benefit from short decision-making processes, and work independently with development potential in Finance & Controlling.
Responsibilities
- Support with liquidity planning and cash flow controlling
- Participate in budget, forecast, and scenario planning
- Conduct actual vs. target comparisons and analyze deviations and KPIs
- Prepare profitability, cash flow, and scenario analyses
- Analyze operational and financial key figures of our locations and projects
- Prepare management and investor presentations
- Derive decision-making bases and recommendations for action
- Further develop existing reporting and controlling processes
- Close collaboration with the Teamlead Finance & Controlling
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
- Initial practical experience in controlling, finance, audit, or an analytical environment
- Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (VBA is an advantage)
- Ability to present complex topics understandably and structurally
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience in Hospitality / Serviced Apartments / Student Housing Operator is a plus but not a must
