About the Role
Shape the people experience across Risk, Regulatory & Forensic within Strategy, Risk & Transactions, taking ownership of talent initiatives and partnering with leaders to support a fast-moving business. This role offers the chance to deepen your HR generalist expertise while playing a visible role in supporting people priorities across the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver exceptional HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor on a broad range of people priorities, driving key people initiatives.
- Drive and support talent initiatives across the Risk, Regulatory & Forensic portfolio.
- Support leaders through talent reviews, succession planning, performance conversations, and organizational change.
- Identify emerging people risks, provide practical advice, and influence decisions that balance business and people outcomes.
- Use workforce and talent insights to identify trends, inform workforce planning, and influence strategic people decisions.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing timely guidance and support.
- Collaborate with Centre of Excellence teams across Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Leadership & Learning, Employee Relations, and Reward to deliver integrated people solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in a HR Advisor, HR Consultant or HR generalist role, with the confidence to work with a degree of autonomy.
- Experience supporting and advising on employee relations matters and performance management processes, applying sound judgement and balancing risk with practical outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple levels of an organisation.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret information and turn it into useful insights.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with peers across HR and the business.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations and present recommendations with confidence.
- The preferred candidate will be subject to background screening by Deloitte or by their external third-party provider.
