About the Role
Join our VIP Health Assessment Centre in Sydney CBD as a Client Service Liaison / Receptionist. This dynamic, client-facing role involves appointment coordination, client care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, supporting medical professionals and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients in line with daily KPIs
- Deliver a professional, welcoming experience for clients throughout their clinic visit
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Liaise with doctors, exercise physiologists, and the wider clinic team
- Maintain booking schedules, client records, and medical documentation
- Support general clinic administration, stock control, and client-facing areas
Requirements
- Experience in appointment scheduling or reception, ideally within a medical or allied health environment
- Polished written and verbal communication, with confidence dealing with senior executives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointment types
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Confidence using booking systems, Excel, and document management tools
