About the Role
Provide administrative and coordination support for knowledge management, learning, and development frameworks to ensure team members have access to accurate content and that learning initiatives support effective service delivery. Support teams in driving consistency, clarity, and confidence by assisting with change and improvement initiatives, maintaining stakeholder relationships, updating systems, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support for knowledge management, learning, and development frameworks.
- Ensure team members have access to accurate content.
- Support learning initiatives for effective, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
- Support teams to drive and deliver with consistency, clarity, and confidence.
- Support change and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain effective internal stakeholder working relationships.
- Update learning and knowledge systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience in coordination and support, particularly in uplift initiatives and projects would be desirable.
- Clear and strong communication skills.
- Stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Commitment to deliver results.
- Utilize technology.
- Contribute to positive and inclusive team culture.
