About the Role
Join the exciting atmosphere at Exit 33! As a Bartender, use your skills and personality to deliver exceptional service at the bar. Elevate the guest experience as they indulge in our wide array of amenities.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and greet guests by name.
- Stock beer, soda, liquor, glassware, and paper products at the start and end of each shift.
- Make cocktails according to specifications and offer drink recommendations.
- Keep the bar area clean and wash bar dishes.
- Enter all drink orders into the POS system accurately.
- Use FLAG protocol when serving alcohol to guests under 35.
- Identify signs of intoxication and stop service appropriately.
Requirements
- Prior experience in alcohol beverage service.
- Knowledge of liquor service standards, compliance laws, and responsible service techniques.
- Ability to complete alcohol service training.
- Working knowledge of acceptable forms of identification and ability to identify altered or false IDs.
- Proficiency in counting money and making correct change.
- Ability to create a positive experience for guests to encourage repeat business.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds.
