About the Role
Lead, develop, and implement internal communications strategies aligned with the NSW Treasury Strategic Plan. Deliver diverse internal communications and stakeholder engagement events, including DIB strategy and People Matter Employee Survey. Maintain and increase staff engagement through multiple channels, delivering content to support NSW Treasury's priorities. Grow the communications function, influence stakeholders, and engage in conversations on diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Partner with the People team and other stakeholders on organization-wide campaigns and strategies.

Requirements
- Experience developing engaging internal communications and campaigns.
- Experience creating clear, compelling content across multiple channels.
- Champion of diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality events and employee engagement activities.
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- Successful candidate will be required to undergo background checks.
- Successful candidate will be required to provide confirmation of tertiary academic qualifications before commencement.
