About the Role

Lead the day-to-day content direction of KIIS Sydney Breakfast, creating content that engages Sydney audiences and drives ratings growth through smart strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. Identify and react quickly to stories, trends, and cultural moments, developing show features, interviews, stunts, and original content ideas. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of producers, partnering with Digital, Podcast, Social, Marketing, Promotions, and Commercial teams to maximize content reach and connection, helping to shape the future of a prominent media brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day content direction of KIIS Sydney Breakfast
  • Create content that gets Sydney talking and delivers genuine audience impact
  • Work alongside top talent to develop engaging, entertaining and conversation starting radio
  • Drive ratings growth through smart strategy, creativity and flawless execution
  • Identify and react quickly to stories, trends and cultural moments
  • Develop show features, interviews, stunts and original content ideas people talk about!
  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of producers to deliver their best work every day
  • Partner with Digital, Podcast, Social, Marketing, Promotions and Commercial teams to maximise reach and connection of content
  • Help shape the future of one of Australia's most recognised media brands

Requirements
