About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Business and Process Analyst, helping older Australians live the life they want. You will be leading the requirements gathering and supporting with the delivery planning and implementation of key short-term initiatives prioritized from the organization’s Continuous Improvement Plan.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead initiatives to analyze, design and improve processes across the HomeMade operations functions and technology platform, identifying productivity and cost savings and recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HomeMade to gather, validate and document business and process requirements, identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed processes/solutions and outlining business impacts.
  • Write requirements, model processes, and map current state and future state business processes.
  • Develop a detailed project delivery plan for each project, outlining key outcomes, milestones and timelines, and ensuring key stakeholders and delivery partners are aligned.
  • Create and maintain a JIRA board and rolled up delivery reporting for senior leaders.
  • Facilitate and manage the sign-off process for a project by ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained.
  • Organize requirements reviews, address stakeholder concerns, and ensure alignment before proceeding.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech or external suppliers on testing and roll-out plans, including acceptance criteria and reviewing test plans to ensure sufficient test coverage.
  • Ensure that internal team and HomeMade customers receive appropriate training, coaching and communications prior to the rollout of process or technology changes.
  • Develop training materials, schedule training, develop standard operating procedures, and coordinate customer communications.
  • Support ad hoc business or process initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
  • Review and update operational process documentation, coordinate urgent customer communications, perform supplier/vendor research, acquire vendor quotes, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams, Product and Tech teams, leadership and external suppliers to ensure alignment on projects goals and deliverables.
  • Facilitate working groups, provide regular project updates, coordinate communication throughout the business on process changes, and organize roll-out activities with operational teams.
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end business and process improvement projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within scope, committed timelines and budget.
  • Act as the first point of contact and escalation for clarification from the business on any aspect of the project.
  • Ensure solutions are developed in line with Aged Care regulatory requirements and HomeMade policies.
  • Coordinate with the Continuous Improvement Analyst to ensure that the initiatives and timelines captured on the Continuous Improvement are kept up to date and accurate.
