Responsibilities
- Consultation regarding labor issues, including individual labor-related consultations, harassment response, and handling of labor issues.
- Coordination with legal advisors and handling of labor-related lawsuits.
- Participation in team-specific, cross-team, departmental, and company-wide projects, including project management.
- Responding to field inquiries regarding other departments' projects or guideline reviews.
- Assessing and providing feedback on labor risks as a company.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
- At least 10 years of experience in labor relations in Japan.
- Experience in HR in a business company with more than 1,000 employees.
- Management experience, including people management.
