About the Role
Tribeca is seeking a Director, Digital Product & Platforms to lead its digital product portfolio, defining strategy, product development, and audience experience standards.
Responsibilities
- Define Tribeca’s digital product strategy, portfolio priorities, roadmap, and backlog across web, mobile, ticketing, membership, and CRM.
- Manage the client-side relationship with the development agency, including scoping, estimate challenges, delivery cadence, acceptance, and commercial escalations.
- Prioritize initiatives across programming, marketing, partnerships, ticketing, and membership stakeholders.
- Manage the digital product and development budget, including forecasting spend and recommending investments.
- Ensure a cohesive audience experience across all digital touchpoints, with ongoing measurement and iteration.
- Lead the refresh of the website, focusing on navigation, search, discoverability, and conversion-optimized purchase experience.
- Bring a festival companion mobile experience to market.
- Enhance the CMS to be more self-serve for content publishing and optimization.
- Provide comprehensive digital performance measures to marketing, partnerships, and sales teams.
- Establish product practices for request intake, prioritization, work acceptance, and success measurement.
- Lead and direct external resources (development agency and contractors), setting priorities, defining requirements, managing delivery, and ensuring accountability for quality, timelines, and results.
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital product management, with at least 2 years owning strategy, portfolio priorities, and delivery across multiple products or platforms.
- Experience owning product outcomes from within an organization.
- Demonstrated client-side management of development agencies or technology vendors.
- Comfortable transitioning between strategic leadership discussions and detailed engineering conversations.
- Sufficient technical fluency to challenge estimates, understand architecture diagrams, and participate in integration discussions.
- Experience using audience data and product analytics to inform product decisions.
- Experience delivering against fixed deadlines, such as festivals, live events, launches, retail peaks, or broadcast schedules.
- Experience owning or substantially managing a digital budget and making investment trade-offs.
