About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) for Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP), you will manage assigned stores in Ontario, driving distribution and display of KDP products, executing in-store plans, and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product distribution, display, and incremental volume at large format and specialty banners in Ontario.
  • Utilize CRM tool to maximize sales opportunities, track performance, maintain customer data, and manage call schedules.
  • Ensure in-store execution and leverage all promotional and feature activities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders as the face of KDP at store level.
  • Act as a territory expert, staying aware of customer trends, opportunities, challenges, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff.
  • Gain experience in financial management, including operating and trade spending budgets (T&E) and trade dollars management (Rapidraft).
  • Complete required paperwork, data collection, and processes accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
  • Prior consumer products/retail experience with knowledge of Ontario regional grocery accounts preferred.
  • Great attitude with learning capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an iPad.
  • Ability to travel within Ontario (including overnights) and to bi-annual out of province meetings.
  • Valid driver license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
