About the Role
DeciBio Consulting is seeking multi-faceted Life Science specialists to join their Strategy Consulting team as Analysts & Sr. Analysts. These roles focus on accelerating innovation in precision medicine through strategic consulting projects across various life science markets. The positions offer opportunities for rapid growth and intrapreneurial development.
Responsibilities
- Guide and conduct primary research campaigns using business intuition, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Conduct secondary research regarding competitors, patients, customers, products, and markets.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, conclusions, and recommendations based on research and data analysis.
- Create detailed PowerPoint presentations to communicate strategic insights.
- Present deliverables to clients.
- Manage administrative aspects of projects.
- Travel 0-5% of the time.
Requirements
- Applicants must be dedicated to the Life Sciences / Biosciences field, as demonstrated by work history and field of study (e.g., Bioengineering, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, Molecular Biology).
- Academic degree(s) in an applicable Life Science field, on track for a Bachelor's or higher degree.
- Superb presentation, writing, and analytical abilities (including in MS Office suite).
- Authorization to lawfully work in the United States.
- Higher-level thinking (e.g., Intuition, emotional intelligence (EQ), a natural "business sense," and ideation prowess).
- An athletic mind (e.g., agile, flexible, and multi-faceted, with analytical rigor/strength) that is energized by a fast-paced work environment with regular deadlines.
- A community builder with proactive communication skills.
- A love for the life sciences and a thought leadership mindset.
- An entrepreneurial hunger for work and continuous personal improvement.
- A demonstrated interest in business strategy.
- Candidates are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be placed in the appropriate role depending on their preparedness on day one.
- US employees must have current authorization to lawfully work in the US and the jurisdiction(s) applicable to the DeciBio office location at which they are based.
