About the Role
Drive the end-to-end change management, communications, and training strategy for the QMS team’s transition into Nine’s core enterprise systems. Ensure seamless operational adoption, accurate pay processing, and minimal business disruption.
Responsibilities
- Lead change impact assessments, maintain risk registers, and build readiness checklists.
- Execute end-to-end communications tailored to diverse audiences.
- Draft Order2Cash Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Facilitate end-user training by adapting existing group collateral.
- Design go-live and embed plans.
- Establish clear escalation pathways to transition inquiries into existing Business Support channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience executing change management programs using Prosci ADKAR methodology within complex, fast-paced environments.
- Prior hands-on experience with ERP, HRIS, Payroll, or Expense system rollouts (Workday, Chris21, HumanForce, D365, or Concur Expenses strongly preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical workflows for audiences from operational staff to C-suite leaders.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting Change Impact Assessments, measuring organizational readiness, and delivering targeted training.
- Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
