About the Role

Law Partners is seeking a motivated Office Assistant for their new Sydney CBD office. This entry-level role is perfect for someone organized, hands-on, and eager to develop administration skills in a supportive, fast-paced, and people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support general office administration, including scanning, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Scan incoming mail and manage radiology requests.
  • Prepare client packs and ensure meeting rooms, kitchens, and breakout areas are clean, stocked, and presentable.
  • Monitor and replenish stationery, kitchen, and printer supplies.
  • Set up and pack down meeting rooms, mediations, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Assist with catering and support in-house events.
  • Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Process outgoing mail.
  • Assist with briefs and attend court for document retrieval or delivery when required.
  • Provide reception relief when required.
  • Support the Office Coordinator and wider team with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Completion of Year 12 (HSC or equivalent).
  • Some experience in an office, administration, hospitality, or customer service environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
